Amy Peguese has been with USGI since 2014. She brings to the team over 30 years of combined management, accounting, payroll, and business administration experience. Before joining USGI, Amy was the Executive Director of a non-profit (The Teen Center Coalition). She is a certified Project Management Professional and an enrolled agent for the IRS.
Amy loves dancing and listening to music in her spare time. She also learned sign language at the age of eleven.
Mr. Mealer is a results-driven individual who is adept at translating strategic objectives into achievable team tasks. He brings over 25 years’ experience to USGI as a retired U.S. Army Sergeant Major in leading, training, organizing, and managing cross-functional and multi-national teams in the successful execution of multi-million dollar projects.
Mr. Mealer is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
Mr. Rob Way is a retired US Army Chief Warrant Officer Four. A career special forces solider. While in the Army he was the lead training integrator responsible for testing, fielding and integrating the Night Vision Image Generator (NVIG) system into the Fort Campbell, KY training center. He was also an ODA Commander, CENTCOM Desk Officer, Group Operations and Intelligence Warrant Officer. Mr Way has extensive operational and strategic level assignments, including compartmentalized operations and missions with 9 years and 6 months spent in combat zones around the world. His personal decorations include the Legion of Merit as well as multiple combat awards.
Mr. Way is a proud supporter of the University of Michigan football team. Go Blue!
Ariel Taylor brings to USGI education and experience in business administration and accounting. She previously worked in higher education for Christian Brothers University, located in Memphis, TN, as a valued member of their Administration and Finance Department.
